WHAT IS A CARICATURE?: A caricature is a cartoon impression of a person or pet. Ron's style is not overly exaggerated or offensive to the subject in any way. That's not to say we can't have a little fun with the cartoon subject matter. These are not to be construed as realistic portraits.
AS FOR THE CARTOON SUBJECT MATTER: You can be as brief as a one word request such as "football" or "gardening", or you can describe an entire personal situation you would like to see illustrated as a private joke. (Please, NO violence, nudity, or sexually oriented request.) All photos will be well cared for and returned with the original artwork upon completion.
PRICES AND SIZES: Each unique drawing is done on 11"x14" Bristol board (a standard frame size) in Black and White for $25.00, or Full Color pastel and marker for $45.00. Prices are per person. There is a one time charge of $15.00 if you would like to increase the size to 16"x20". YOU WILL RECEIVE THE ORIGINAL ARTWORK, not just a digital copy. Each picture is finished with a complete cartoon of just about any subject matter you can imagine, not just a head and shoulders.
TO ORDER: Please send a photo of the person you wish to have drawn by email or regular mail. Ron will also need to know their eye color and hair color if you wish to order a color caricature, the persons first name, and the cartoon subject matter. Remember, this will be a caricature of the photographs you send, so please use clear, current pictures.
GUARANTEE: If you are not satisfied, for any reason, just return your artwork for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping.
ABOUT THE ARTIST: Ron has been a full time professional cartoonist and caricature artist since 1988. Some of his clients include Marriot Hotels, Dillards Department Store's, John Deere Tractors, and Nordstrom's just to name a few.
SHIPMENT: Please allow approximately ten days for your artwork to be completed and shipped by U.S.P.S. Shipping cost will be $7.50 in the USA. International shipping will be at buyer expense on an individual basis. If you have a rush deadline, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
